Give Plugin Disappeared from site

    The Give Plugin disappeared totally from one of my client sites. Got the notification in the site’s wordpress panel that the give/give.php had a critical error. When I went to look in the plugins folder the GiveWP plugin was no longer there. Luckily the Give database files were still in MyPhP Admin. Has this every happened before your plugin just disappears from a wordpress site. I need some feedback because I am going to reinstall the plugin but I don’t want this to happen again especially to a client’s site.

    Happy to clarify. No plugin would just disappear from the plugins folder unless it was removed. Maybe the host deleted it if it was generating errors. So I suggest you check your error logs to see what the critical error was so you can prevent it when you reinstall the plugin.

    Also ask your host if they removed the plugin.
