    Our plugin has been developed for almost 10 years and has thousands of users.

    I noticed that you’ve left negative reviews for other plugins, indicating also they aren’t working. Looks like anything is wrong with your server. It would be more constructive for everyone if you reached out to our support team before to left review; we can help diagnose issues with your server and howto fix that.

    It seems you might be skipping this step and jumping straight to conclusions. Common issues that can prevent a plugin from working include:

    1. Low WordPress memory limit
    2. Server errors
    3. And more.

    If you look at recent support, you’ll see this user who initially reported that the our plugin was causing a lot of errors, but later with the plugin help, realized that the errors were on their server and resolved them, which improved their site’s performance and stability.
