Giveaway does not start as scheduled

  • Hi there,

    I chose your plugin for my first giveaway on WordPress. Unfortunately, it does not start as scheduled. When the time runs out, it stays at 0 hours, 0 minutes and 0 seconds. Nothing else happens. Any ideas what I did wrong?

    Hi,

    the giveaway should start automatically.

    Going to check the code on it.

    If you’re using caching on your site, can you try clear it on that giveaway? Just to see if that is the case.

    Also, what timezone settings are you using in WordPress? Just want to check that out as well locally.

    Clearing cache did not do the trick. Timezone is Western Europe (Berlin). Workaround was to set the schedule to 30 minutes in the past. That worked for now.

    That is weird, but I am going to work on that so you don’t need to do that anymore.
