    Hello,

    PRODUCT-A is configured as a giveaway product when the cart value is $100 and the corresponding coupon FREEBIE coupon will be applied automatically. The customer adds PRODUCT-A to the cart (cart value is less than $100) and applies ANOTHER coupon. The ANOTHER coupon applied message is displayed, but on the next cart page refresh the ANOTHER coupon is removed, and the giveaway product FREEBIE coupon message is displayed but the coupon is not applied. Only if the customer applies the ANOTHER coupon again it will be applied.

    We have tested this scenario multiple times with various giveaway products and the issue is consistent with all the giveaway products, only if applied a second time the other coupons are applied.

    Please check and fix it as soon as possible.

    We tried to replicate the error by following the procedure you mentioned. However, we couldn’t recreate the same. Could you please share the screenshots of the FREEBIE’s coupon edit page (all tabs) so that we would be able to get a better understanding?

    Hi @scody,

    We have sent you an email with a screen-recorded video of our tests attached. We were unable to replicate the problem on our test site. The issue you’re experiencing could be due to a theme conflict or a conflict with another third-party plugin.

    Could you please help us in determining the root cause of the issue by deactivating all other plugins except WooCommerce and Smart Coupons and then activating the remaining plugins one by one? Please check whether the problem is also present in the Storefront theme. Keep us updated on how it goes.
