Thank you for reaching out regarding the issue you’ve experienced. We were unable to replicate the issue on our end with both previous and recent versions of the plugin, as the giveaway products were added to the cart automatically without any issues when the cart conditions were met.
To better understand the issue and identify why it has occurred on your site since version 1.6.0, could you please provide the following information?
- Screenshots?of the coupon edit page for the giveaway coupon.
- A?screen recording?illustrating the issue you are encountering.
- Information on whether the giveaway product specified is a?variable product?or a?simple product.
- The?WooCommerce System Status report: You can access this by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get System Status Report. This report provides details about your site environment and configurations.
Additionally, you may want to deactivate all plugins except for Smart Coupons for WooCommerce and WooCommerce, then check if the issue persists. This will help us narrow down any potential conflicts.
