    Hello Team,

Giveaway products are not added to cart automatically when the cart conditions are met. We had these coupons create at least a year ago and haven’t been changed since then. Upon rolling back to previous versions of this plugin, we noticed that the issue occurred since version 1.6.0.

Kindly look into the changes done in version 1.6.0 and fix the issue.

    Thanks

    Hi @scody,

    Greetings from WebToffee Support!

Thank you for reaching out regarding the issue you’ve experienced. We were unable to replicate the issue on our end with both previous and recent versions of the plugin, as the giveaway products were added to the cart automatically without any issues when the cart conditions were met.

To better understand the issue and identify why it has occurred on your site since version 1.6.0, could you please provide the following information?

    1. Screenshots?of the coupon edit page for the giveaway coupon.
    2. A?screen recording?illustrating the issue you are encountering.
    3. Information on whether the giveaway product specified is a?variable product?or a?simple product.
    4. The?WooCommerce System Status report: You can access this by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get System Status Report. This report provides details about your site environment and configurations.

Additionally, you may want to deactivate all plugins except for Smart Coupons for WooCommerce and WooCommerce, then check if the issue persists. This will help us narrow down any potential conflicts.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Hi @scody ,

Thank you for sharing the information with us. After reviewing it, we were unfortunately unable to replicate the issue on our end, which suggests that it may be caused by a conflict with a third-party plugin. We understand your concern about deactivating plugins to further troubleshoot and pinpoint the conflict. As you’re aware, replicating your exact site environment is challenging on our end, as even minor differences in third-party plugin configurations can impact our ability to accurately reproduce the issue.

If you’re able to identify the conflicting plugin and share additional details about your setup, it would be immensely helpful in narrowing down the cause.

We look forward to your response.
