    GiveWP – billing activated, doesn’t show details for offline transfers

    Hi,
    I have set up GiveWP for our kayak club website and activated billing details for stripe and for offline transfers (überweisung).
    When running a test, the billing details show for stripe direct debit, but does not show when I choose offline transfer as an option, although activated.
    Any ideas?

    Happy to help you.

    I’ve tested the billing details collection right now using the Offline Donations payment method and when I check the donation form, the billing details fields are displayed properly.

    Thanks for the quick reply.
    Screenshot 1 shows that the offline donations billing is activated. It has also been saved.
    Screenshot 2 shows the webpage and that the billing details do not appear as they should.

    Hi Andy,

    It is possible that you have custom “Offline Donation” settings in the form itself where Billing details are inactive:
