    Hi,

I feel like I am in a spot of bother here so any help would be greatly appreciated.
I put together a website for some friends who run a small charity.

One requirement was that they could accept donations in 5 different currencies. After research I saw Givewp was a concrete option and we bought in. The charity had a previous website and were using GoCardless as a payment gateway for donations. They asked that we keep this going and luckily Givewp supported this Gateway. Perfect so far.

I have now set up the form via Givewp on the site and hooked it on to GoCardless. There is a massive issue – and I hope I am just missing something here.

    1. Donors must have an English card (the charity is UK based) in order to donate as well as a UK post code. Nothing else will do. This means we cannot really actually accept payments in the 5 different currencies unless a UK donor chooses to pay in a different currency with their card.

    2. The donations come through as mandates which is not how I envisioned Direct Debit to operate – we were under the impression the donations would operate via GIVE and Go Cardless like any other regular transaction. This is confusing to us and would be to donors.

    3. Before setting the form live I used a sandbox to test everything out. It all seemed to work perfectly and redirected to the various pages like confirmation etc so the journey was clear. Now that it is live the form once complete directs to a random page of script.

Feeling very lost. Any advice for rectifying any of this?

    Thanks,

    Gar.
