GiveWP is awesome

We’ve been using GiveWP for several years now and as a ‘volunteered’ webmaster I am eternally grateful. The product simply works and is mature enough that no matter what new need we’ve thought of there is already a solution available. The documentation is equally mature, easy to follow and updated so I can very often just handle things myself. If not, support is super helpful with detailed how-to responses so there is no hair-pulling on my end and within a few minutes I’m able to fix the problem. This is noteworthy, compared to the usual support that starts in the middle with instructions and assumes I know how to get there, with the end result of long support threads to get a simple answer. This just does not happen at GiveWP. If all plugins were this good I’d have a lot less grey hair.
