I have GiveWP – Donation Plugin installed using a shortcode to embed it on my website’s donation page. Over the last week or so the plug-in has stopped working and now only shows a spinning loading icon.

Also, your donation dashboard report no longer works as well. I have a form made. But now in the report block is says: “It looks like there hasn’t been any donations yet on your website. Set up a donation form to begin collecting donations now.”

Live page on our website where your plug-in is no longer working.

The latest version of your plug-in is installed as well as we use Woocommerce. Any conflict between the two?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @inspirationacademy,

I checked your Donate page but it does not have a GiveWP form anymore so I could not tell what the problem is/was.

There are no known issues between GiveWP and WooCommerce.

Some of the things that can cause an infinite spinner on Classic and Multistep form templates are:
    – Cache (the form’s iframe needs to be excluded from cache by excluding this query from your cache plugin/service: giveDonationFormInIframe=1)
    – Lazyloading scripts. The Classic and Multistep form templates load via an iframe and if the iframe gets “lazyloaded” it will not load the content.
    – Cloudflare’s Rocket Loader. You can create a page rule in Cloudflare to exclude the form’s iframe URL too.

Yes, because I found a better way for collecting donations using WooCommerce. I had been asking for support for nearly two weeks. However, now I have no need for this plug-in and it is deleted.
