GiveWP Support (Feature Request)

Thanks for the great plugin and all of the excellent existing integrations.

We would love to see GiveWP conversion tracking added eventually. We can get the basics we need by using a separate thank you page for now, but it would be great to use the hooks so the AJAX submit (no reload/unique thank you page) would work, plus have $ value tracking available.
