I don’t know why, but when I mark one line (the desired title) to give it a title tag of h2 or h3, it makes the entire paragraph underneath a title as well, which is very annoying. Here is an example:

As you can see, the text marked blue is the desired text I wish to make a title. But now all the paragraph below is a title as well. This is how it looked before:

How is loose leaf tea different from the tea we drink?
96 percent of the 60 billion cups of tea Britain consumes each year is made with paper sachet teabags filled with the “opposite” of loose leaf tea which is called “tea dust” or “fannings”.

The reason i dont mark them as titles in the first place is because i copy paste the text from a word document on my desktop. Sure I can put 5 new lines between the text and and the paragraph, make the line a title, then delete the 5 lines. But its tedious.

It should be sufficient to add a single line break between the title and paragraph. If there’s no paragraph break in the original document then putting the cursor at the end of the title, pressing delete to remove the original line break and then enter to create a proper paragraph will work.

In future if you format the original text like this you won’t have the issue:

How is loose leaf tea different from the tea we drink?

96 percent of the 60 billion cups of tea Britain consumes each year is made with paper sachet teabags filled with the “opposite” of loose leaf tea which is called “tea dust” or “fannings”.

When you make a line an “Hx”, then it applies to the entire paragraph. If you want a heading style without a space below, use CSS to reduce the margin-bottom of that Hx style.
