Giving multiple locale to a language

    I am not sure I understand what you want to reach. All languages must have a different language code and a different locale.

    Polylang comes with predefined values for some languages, but you can modify them to differentiate them.

    For example for es_CL, you can change the language code (2 or 3 letters) and the name to differentiate it from es_ES.
