  • Hi @nkwebdesign

I understand that tax, shipping, etc on your site were all working fine, but are suddenly not working now.

Do you remember making any changes before the issue started such as updating or installing plugin(s)?

In order for us to get a better idea of your setup, Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Please also navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and from the dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the words fatal-error? Let us know what you find.

Okay after looking in to this it seem like there are Jetpack conflicts. there are jetpack folders every where and I m not sure how to get rid of those beside going to the file manager and delete all the folders.

looks like I will have to do all this all over again this is the 2nd time this thing have crash on me..

    Hi @nkwebdesign

From your description and the updates it appears that the problems started after you added JetPack.

there are jetpack folders every where and I m not sure how to get rid of those beside going to the file manager and delete all the folders.

If you are having difficulty with uninstalling Jetpack, or for help with any problems related to it, you can request support for the Jetpack plugin on this forum dedicated to issues related to the plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/jetpack/

Please give that a try before starting all over again from scratch.

    Hello @nkwebdesign,

Thank you for giving that a try.

You also mentioned a “could not create directory” error; this kind of error sounds like a permissions issue, and if you continue to see similar errors that is good cause to ask your host for assistance.

We look forward to hearing back from you, and if you have any further questions or details please include those in your reply. Thanks!
