Giving Word Press It’s Own Directory Throws off RSS

This article is pretty straightforward. It shows you how to keep most of your WP files in a WP folder, and let the index.php and htaccess file reside in the root. So that the blog address in my case is https://totalphysiqueonline.com even though it resides in the directory https://totalphysiqueonline.com/wordpress/
Now, ever since I did this, when I try to view my RSS feeds, especially in FireFox and Opera, I am told that the feeds do not have styles associated with them.
Of course, this makes the feeds unreadable by anyone.
What is happening here?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Tim
