Hi, I’m trying to change my icons on my forms, and I’m unable to change the icons. There are no console errors, but I am getting 1 error on the php logs. And I have a screenshot included, look at where it says Icons.

I tried to clear my cache and it did nothing, problem still persists. Problem is happening on my development server as well which has no cache.

Enable PHP error logging if the debug will give some more info about this issue.

Read this guide: “How to enable debug logging”

    https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1751-enable-debug-logging

You will probably get a PHP log file with notices and errors in this file:
    .../wp-content/debug.log

Post the content of this file here in the Forum and we can give you the PHP error explanation. For best formatting use the Forum’s CODE format.

I’m not getting any related errors, just standard deprecated errors which wouldn’t cause anything. Based on the look of it, it appears like a js error, but there are no console logs on the console.
