Glitch in submission

    I have 2 forms on this page:
    1. Masterclass signup
    2. Newsletter signup

    When I submit my email in there it fails to connect with Mailchimp and add the contact there. Despite unchecking the double opt in button it sends an email to the person you signs up.

    It was working fine till 8 am this morning and it suddenly lost its connection. I have debugged it and done everything I could read on the forum.

    Hi @avisha1892

    Are you using the same email to test repeatedly? Mailchimp will start to block that email from subscribing even if it’s totally deleted from the list.

    Can you please try testing with an email address that has never signed up to the list?

    Also, I just tested and got a success message on the page and no opt-in email.
