Glitch with widget?

Hello,

I had a bizarre problem with a widget. It seemed to have anyone trying to help in the forums stumped too. I contacted my wordpress theme author thinking maybe it was an issue with the theme, but he referred me back to wordpress.

My recent posts widget lost all ability to be edited or removed. The edit word that was right on the icon vanished somehow. I finally found some info with someone else having a similar issue and they said to try and open wordpress in a different browser.

I always use Firefox, so I opened it up in IE and sure enough the widget is normal there. Now I have to continue to open in IE, if I want to make changes to that particular widget.

Is this a glitch in wordpress, or have I done something to cause this?
