Glitches on Menu

I have gotten a glitch on Menu. Seems like it got a duplicated menu on the Menu page, which means the black menu bar comes across the middle of the page vertically. I contacted my support person, who says:

I’ve taken a look and after further investigation, it appears that your “Top 10” plugin is responsible for duplicating the menu. When disabled, the issue disappears entirely.
In this instance, what you’ll need to do, is reach out to the plugin developers to see if they can offer some kind of a fix, and if they need us to do anything on our end, just let us know.
