• We used Tickera for all our clients who wanted ticketing functionality for 2 years or more. Eventually we had to move everyone off because it was 1. Unintuitive and 2. Glitchy.

    We also found their customer service very middling (at best). In general, I’d suggest against using this product as there are better ones out there.
