Global Custom Attributes

I want to add custom attributes to WooCommerce products.

Such things as for example;
1) Warranty Period, and Terms
2) A product that that needs custom cutting or preparation may take an additional day to ship.

I can do this just fine product by product with a custom attribute and it’s description text, and this is visible is the “Additional Information” tab (storefront theme). i.e. Warranty -> Description text

However it has be custom created for every single product as far as I can figure out. No something I want to do. Apart from being tedious and change in warranty terms would require every single product to be painfully updated.

I can add global attributes through Products -> Attributes, but these are 2 deep attributes then the Description text at the 3rd level.
For example: Color -> Red -> Description text
What is displayed in the addition information tab is just “Color -> Red” with no description text.
Making the description text visible via a theme tweak would also be silly as it would become: Warranty -> Warranty -> Description text

Is there a better way to do this?
