Global Default Settings

Hello,

I have recently added Litespeed to our sever and installed the plugin on just over 600 websites. Although there is an immediate benefit with the default settings, I have gone through all the options and determined the settings I would like to run on every site. Is there anyway to implement these globally, or do we need to log into every site and import the settings?

Also, is the only way to link Quic Cloud by logging in and using the link button?
