Global embedding

Hello.
I see this plugin seems to be the best for embedding iframe content.
I have a question / request about a possible feature that I don’t seem to have seen.
I have a community website where I have a global feed where users write posts (like facebook so to speak).
Normally when a user copies and pastes a link, a preview of the content is generated but it does not happen for facebook and instagram (and this was known given the latest decisions made by Facebook).
Is it possible to enable this iframe embedding function at the global level of the site?
Let me explain: set the iframes at a generic level – of parent web pages (not specifying the link to embed but only the main reference page), and make sure that the end user is enabled to embed any type of iframe taken (for example on facebook post) and generate the corresponding previews on the feed.
I hope I was clear in the exposition.
I ask at this point if it was possible to do it with your PRO plugin or through a snipet or dedicated function.
