  • What are these “modules”? Can you please provide a full-page screenshot showing the “modules” in question so we can understand what you’re referring to?

NB: WordPress core doesn’t come with anything labelled “module(s)” or “Global Modules”. This must be something coming from a plugin or your active theme, that’s why I’m trying to understand what it is.

updated post, call to action modules. text/borders/buttons not showing. I can highlight them and see that the module is there but text/background is empty, likely a formatting issue or color scheme?

It seems you’re using the Divi theme’s page builder… and not WordPress’s own page builder. That would explain my confusion with “modules” — as WordPress’s own block editor (aka Gutenberg) doesn’t use that term, and I’m not familiar with the Divi builder.

I see several JavaScript errors in the browser console, all pointing to the Divi theme and the Battle Suit for Divi plugin. The former is a commercial product so I can’t install it and provide any support. The latter has been closed for security reasons for over a year and is not likely to ever come back.

I’ll recommend you contact the Divi theme’s vendor for help. They built and sold the theme, and they should be in the best position to help you get these “Global Modules” working again.

    Good luck!
