global pages & search structure in multisite

Hi there,

I’m new to this and want to do a lot. So far I haven’t found a solution yet for the following:

I’m making a website for a school who has different locations. The mail school site should have a navigation item called courses that shows a sub-navigation with the locations. After clicking you will see a summery page with a list with all the courses in that location, clicking through you get the details from the course.
On a location site, which will have the same structure, but a different color, the button courses will only show the courses of that location.
Some courses are given in different locations.
The idea is that a course page shoud only be updated in 1 place and a updated page is visible in the main website and the website of the location.
Search should search through all the websites.
I would prefer to solve this with pages and not posts/categories as this is static and no comments will be added, but I’m open to all solutions.
