    Dear Pedro,
I posted the question below on the general topics forum and a guy suggested your plug-in. I would appreciate it if you would read what I wrote and let me know what you think.

When I first started my Blog I decided that 640 x 480 (actually 640 wide) would be the best photo resolution to accomodate the most platforms.
Later I went to 1280 x 960 (1280 wide) which I like better. Also my readers tell me the pictures are now what they call “a lot sharper”. I think it is a function of the higher resolution yielding a better picture regardless of the size of the end viewing apparatus.

    All that to ask this:

Is there a simple (relatively simple…) way for me to upgrade the resolution of the earlier posts?

If I upload the pictures used in the older blog entries while keeping the same file name but at a higher resolution will WordPress and/or Suffusion accept this? My thought is that the program would not see the change in resolution and would accept the 1280px file in place of the previous 640px file.

I just don’t want the captions to get lost in the process.

    My blog is:

    Hi @bfitzgerald
Firts, sorry for my english poor ^^’

This plugin only creates thumbnails in new sizes of existing images and delete old thumbnails… Then, when you run it, all images 640×480 going to be deleted and their urls in posts/pages aren’t updated!!! CAUTION!!!

Now, if you use their images like thumbnails to show pages/post lists, than, YES, all will be updated!

I hope you have understood =)
