I’ve recently discovered that the Global Hide Admin bar plugin is disabling my text editor.

With it enabled the WYSIWYG editor doesn’t load – disable it and the editor works fine. I’ve checked every other plugin individually (not running that many anyway) and this is the only culprit.

Oddly the Brute Force plugin works fine, but I need to keep the toolbar visible for admins.

Is there a way around this? Perhaps by manually editing the Brute Force plugin? Unfortunately I cannot link to the site as it is an extranet.

    This post is a fake.

Sorry, why do you think this is fake? I registered today as it’s the first issue I’ve had that hasn’t been answered by an existing question on a support forum somewhere.

Not exactly the help I was looking for. This is certainly not resolved.

    This problem not exist!

If it didn’t exist I wouldn’t be on here asking this question!

I’ve just double-checked and it is DEFINITELY the only plugin that is stopping the WYSIWYG editor from loading. The Brute Force plugin works fine, but the original one stops it from loading.

I’d appreciate a bit of courtesy, at very least a “I can’t replicate your issue” rather than reporting it as a fake.

Actually, I’ll find another way around this as I’d rather not use your product after this.

I can’t replicate your issue, if exist, and is not a fake!
