Global Setting for PDFs already embedded in free version

Dear Abu, I was using a free version where i embedded many PDFs by using the shortcode type – example [pdf id=253807]. When using the Pro version, there is a global setting but those setting only works if the files are embedded as [pdf_embed url=’your_file_url’] format.
So how do we apply this setting for all the PDFs we already embedded without going manually one by one?
