Global settings

I’m aware this plugin can set custom cart redirect links on a per product level but is there an option for a global redirect URL to be set that can then be overridden by individual product settings?

As a real world example, I have a site where around 95% of products will redirect to the same page whilst the other 5% will redirect elsewhere. If the plugin can have a global setting that I set up once whilst still being able to set redirects on a per product level for those products that need it that would be great.
