Global Translator – 500 Internal Server Error error

After upgrade Global Translator to version 1.26, I got the following error which click one of the language icon:

Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access /zh-TW/ on this server.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I checked the webserver error_log, I find:
