  • Can you explain better?
Exclude a specific term in that page?
    Exclude the term everywhere?

exclude a term in a specific box of a specific page.

    What means specific box?

    BTW
Glossary is executed in the_content filter so for a developer find a way to disable where you don’t want is easy.

    I rephrase the question
I would like to exclude a term link in a part of a text. some other plugins use shortcode (e.g [glossary_exclude]term[/glossary_exclude]
Maybe it is better I use another plugin as I am not a developer.
    thanks.

Ah now I understand the question, well actually Glossary cannot permit this and enable a feature like that actually it is impossible.
A suggestion it is not to use that term as related for the glossary term.

    thanks for the reply.
From my point of view (content manager) glossary is used for key terms to be explained, that in most cases can not be changed (e.g. hydrogeology).
the request, that I would you to consider in your pipeline, is because some wp themes have specific behavior and functionalities to display content, so it could happen that a text box with title (e.g. Tsunami) has the link-term also in the title, and the title is not a h1, or h2 etc.

    thanks

The problem is that this themes are not standard so to avoid this problem will means debug every theme to insert specific behaviour.
So we cannot to do something for this themes.
