Hi arunki,

In the General Settings there is a Debug Section, there should be an option which says “Output the Glossary Index only on main query” – please try to check this it should solve the problem.

I just checked the latest suggestion, selecting the option

Only highlight on “main” WP query?

but, no, it did not solve the problem.
