Thanks for your reply, Some more queries:

    1) Do I need to add Glossary terms manually or it will automatically pick it from Posts first name?
    2) If I added terms manually, How do I add a link to Posts for Glossary terms added? How do clicking on glossary terms will redirect it to actual posts?

    Ok Thanks

My 2nd query was if I am adding glossary item & I need to redirect that item to a particular post, How to do it?
    Meaning…
How to add URL of particular post with that glossary item such that when a user clicks on Glossary item, he’s pointed to the Post page.

You can do this in .htaccess
