    Hi,

    I have build my page with themify builder using the mosaic module to display posts from a specific category.

    There is an issue, that also the page itself appears as a post, on which I have the news-post, which is wrong and not desired of course. The developers of themify investigated the issue and said the following:

    “The issue is caused by the Glossary plugin. Please try disabling it and it should fix the issue. From my understanding, the plugin allows modifying certain keywords on the website, though checking the plugin settings I was not able to see why the Health word would be removed. I suggest also contacting the plugin’s support??team, since they know the plugin better they can assist you better.”

    I need the glossary plugin and just cannot deactivate it. Can you help me on this to find the issue?

    I saw the video but not understand your issue from the video and your explanation.
    What is the issue are you facing?

    Hi Daniele

    The issue is, that the Glossary plugin generates wrong post category listings on the page in general, which are not related with glossary terms. For example here the category “hot topics” is listed and the glossary plugin causes, that always from the same post, which is open, it displays that one twice. How can I avoid this double listing of the opened post in category listing? see screenshot: https://snipboard.io/GnPwxe.jpg

    I need an admin access to investigate, probably there are some conflicts with plugins/themes, but this kind of support is offered only on the premium customers.

    Probably switching to one of the native wordpress themes doesn’t shows the error.

    Thanks, I just activated the purchased licence, but can’t login to the support.codeat.co page with the changed pw. Can you check please? The plugin ID is 594.

    Hi, the account is generated automatically when the license is generated.
    You should be able to access using the email associated to the license, in case try with a password recovery.

    In the meantime I am closing this ticket, if you have issues you can write to our email.
