Glossary pop-ups not working on Suffusion

Hello,
I am using suffusion theme on my multi-site wordpress websites for about 3 years. It is an excellent theme.
For a few days, I am trying to install a glossary plugin on my system.
I tried:
1- Explanatory Dictionary
2- WP Glossary
3- Glossy
All of them works without showing tooltips on suffusion.
However, on a test site using TwentyFourteen theme, all of these plugins work with no problems showing tooltips.
I am sure, there must be an option in suffusion to allow pop-up windows.
