Glossary term page does not show link to glossary index page

Hi,
Everything is working perfectly except that there is no link to the glossary index page from the individual term page. My understanding was that each term page would automatically display that link. The index page itself does exist…there’s just no automatic link to it. I don’t see a setting anywhere that corresponds to this. Can you help, please?
