Glossary terms "undefined" in tooltip

Sounds like a JS problem on your side check you console for errors

Thanks for responding. I’m sure what you mean by “console”. I checked it on two different computers and it showed “undefined” on both.

Not sure which browser you are using but in each browser you have a way to “Debug Page”. In FF you can right click and choose inspect element
When the console opens please select Web Console
Under JS you can see that you have many JS errors- this is what cause the problems with the tooltip
You need to fix them before the tooltip will work
