Glued Ideas theme

  • I’m trying to use the theme Glued Ideas – Subtle 0.391 by Christopher Frazier.

    I’ve installed it fine and it works, but pages seem to be full of various ‘pre-worded’ snippets, such as On the Home page):

    I want to get rid of these, or write my own….but where are they? They’re not in the blog posts or management side of things anywhere?

    There a bunch of strange .mo and .po files in the Languages folder of the theme, but I’m on a Mac and can’t open them. What are these files?

    Help appreicated.
