@gmail.com campaigns automatically viewed

    Hi,

    I recently noticed that recipients with @ gmail.com addresses were instantly in “viewed” status in the reporting console.
    I tested with a personal email at @ gmail.com and the campaign is instantly marked as “viewed” even though I didn’t open the email or even the Gmail interface. This Gmail account is not set up on any device.
    Is this a known issue?

  • Hello,

    Emails are treated as “Read” when some email clients and services like Unroll.me access emails. Could you check if you are using such a third-party service?

    Hello,

    My Gmail account is only for testing. I never use it for something else, so I’m sure I don’t use this kind of service.
