    Hello,
    We have connected to google workspace but we are unable to send emails. it’s showing this error { "error": { "code": 400, "message": "Precondition check failed.", "errors": [ { "message": "Precondition check failed.", "domain": "global", "reason": "failedPrecondition" } ], "status": "FAILED_PRECONDITION" } }

    My google account is functional and I make sure everything is connected as you listed on the guide

    Hello @ahtisham1122,

    There are several possible reasons listed below:
    1) Your trial period may have ended (if you use one). Go to admin.google.com to check your status.
    2) There is no email address entered in the FROM field in your G Suite. You need to create a new one
    3) Your email address is not associated with a Gmail account. It is possible to be a Google Account but not a Gmail account (for example if you use the account for YouTube but have never enabled Gmail).
    4) In your G Suite, you may need to enable the Gmail feature or Gmail API access.

    Can you please check the above? Hopefully, this will resolve the issue.

    New update and new re-authentication not working. I follow new document , create new project etc… everything looks ok but when I try to send test email , it doesn’t. I have tried multiple times, i created new projects but nothing.

    I don’t get any error , it’s just doens’t send the test email or any email at all. So I roll back to previous version 2.2.0 which is still working fine!
