Gmail not receiving contact form info

I have a contact form that’s been setup with an email [email protected] (which is an email account hosted with Google). It’s unfortunate but I am not receiving the contact information but I am receiving it at my personal gmail account [email protected]. Can anyone help me figure out what’s going wrong here?
