Gmail Not Sending Mail

I’m getting errors whenever trying to send mail via smtp using my gmail account. Using both google apps AND gmail accounts. Anyone getting this issue over the past week or so?
Credentials are definitely correct
SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection refused (111)
