    Hello,
    I added Post SMTP to a website to help woocommerce emails reach their destination email address. Post SMTP shows that all the emails are “All good, mail sent.” however, Gmail email addresses are still not receiving the first email.

    We have multiple emails set to receive the order notifications, if its Gmail, it is not received, but all other email addresses do receive the confirmation email.

    After I go into logs, and click resend, to then send the notification to the same Gmail address, it is received.

    Any ideas as to how to get around the issue?

    @haseeb0001 just wanted to let you know that this issue is still happening. Hosting didn’t spot anything on their end either. Not sure how to fix it, as the email does make it when the resent button is clicked.

    Sorry, it’s still under QA and we didn’t get any errors, still trying to reproduce this issue on my staging website and will share updates soon.

    @haseeb0001 thank you.

    I do have another account that in the status column says: This message was classified as SPAM and may not be delivered

    And in the solution column: Not found, check status column for more info.

    How do I fix that?

    Is this something safe to post publicly? I am still having the issue, but also have some more insight into what is going on. Please let me know & I can post this and the other info that I have. Or send to you more securely if that is better.

    @verdipro its safe but still you can submit it on our website support page.

    Thanks

    I recnetly found an area of the plugin where the sending email had 1 letter incorrect. Once I fixed that, the emails still didn’t make it through when the first woocommerce order comes in, but a mail delivery email would come in instead. Here is a copy of one of those emails. I suspect this is why my client is still not receiving the initial email. And they only receive it after I click the resend button within the post smtp plugin.
