    Hi @jakubforummedia!

This usually happens when the my-account page is being cached. With that said, please ask your host to exclude your my-account page from being cached, then please check again and let us know if you still have the same issue.

You can read more about that here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/#section-6

    Cheers!

    Hello there,

I tried your recommendations and it didn’t help. This problem remains unsolved, could you try contact google administration? I think it’s because of there link redirect functionality.

When I was trying to find the cause of this problem I found out it effects only Gmail service.

Please let me know when you discover something. ??

    Have a nice day.

    Hi @jakubforummedia

I’m afraid we are unable to contact google on your behalf. I will say, however, that it’s pretty common for emails to get rejected by email providers when the email is generated by _localhost_, which is what WordPress does by default (Gmail especially). To remedy this issue, you’ll need to set up an SMTP email plugin to send mail for you. The free plugin [WP SMTP](https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/) is a good option for that.

If that doesn’t help resolve the issue, pease have a look at our [Email FAQ page here](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/) for some of the most common reasons why emails do not send and how to correct them. You can also reach back out to us for assistance, of course. ??

    Hi @jakubforummedia,

We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully, the above info was useful!

If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.

    Thanks.
