GMC Missing Inventory data

The issue seems to be related to your Google local inventory feeds. Could you please, confirm if you are using the same product ID for both the Google merchant center feed and the local inventory feed.

To confirm, please, check you primary feeds configuration and local inventory feeds configuration and check if you are using the same product ID as the product ID attribute value.

If you are still unable to solve it, please reach us again with the Local inventory feed along with 2 screenshots showing the GMC feed configuration and the local inventory feed configuration.

Thanks for getting back to me. The feed generated by CTX, is showing the id, as the same format as is being shown as the product id inside GMC. Is that what you are referring to?

Exactly! the product id of all the items of both your primary feed and local inventory feed should be the WooCommerce product ID. So, GMC and Google local inventory can relate items with the same ID.

ok. So I can see the id in the feed, is the same as the product ID in GMC.

The feed config in the plugin setting, is set to product id.

So, if I am passing through the product id in woocommerce, as the Google product id in GMC, which is matching up. Am I missing something here?

If I have the id in woocommerce matching the product id in GMC, I shouldn’t be getting the id mismatch?
