Gmedia music gallery not working

Seems like there is no music (mp3 or ogg) in selected category.
Be sure you assigned category for music in Gmedia Library and then go to Manage Galleries and edit created Music Player settings -> scroll down to Query Builder section and choose category (from dropdown) from which to grab the music (click on green label “loaded” to see if music will be loaded). Save and check Page

I’m having the same problem. I can’t get the music to play on https://estesparkriverretreat.com/wordpress/gallery/

I did what the plugin author mention already (double checked too), but after loaded, there’s nothing at all! there should be showing the mp3 file name or something at the “Change filter options or click refresh icon.” area right? plz help!
