GMT/UTC and client time zone

    I read through some of the posts and I wanted to know if there a widget that included UTC and the clients local time zone. I wanted to add such a widget to a site as a header then work on the fonts and size.
    i.e.
    When a client visits a site the UTC date and time would post and the visitors local time and and date would post.

    UTC time, date

    Your local time and date

    I saw code for it but I thought a widget would be available. Utimately, I could use it in the contact form as well much like a timestamp.
