GN DOESN’T UPDATE FEEDS

    Hello support,

    We are getting issues with GN Publisher, it doesn’t update feeds automatically to Publisher Center. You have to first refresh it manually in publisher center before it appears in your account.

    Yet in the past, it used to update in just 5 minutes and its showing in the publisher center.

    Please help us understand why that happens because we are on latest version of GN.

    Hi, Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share a video of the issue so that we can check? It will make it easier for us to understand the problem and provide you with a resolution.

    Hi Jacob,

    There have been a number of publishers reporting this issue on the Publisher Support help forum.

    Some are using GN Publisher, others are not, so it doesn’t appear to be related to the plugin.

    Google News has been informed of this issue and is investigating,
