    Hello support,

    We are getting issues with GN Publisher, it doesn’t update feeds automatically to Publisher Center. You have to first refresh it manually in publisher center before it appears in your account.

    Yet in the past, it used to update in just 5 minutes and its showing in the publisher center.

    Please help us understand why that happens because we are on latest version of GN.

    Hi Jacob,

    There have been a number of publishers reporting this issue on the Publisher Support help forum.

    Some are using GN Publisher, others are not, so it doesn’t appear to be related to the plugin.

    Google News has been informed of this issue and is investigating,
