    Are you using AdBlock?

i have it installed, but not activated.

i tried it in a different browser and it works great. that was definitely messing up all sorts of stuff

thanks, is there some other fix for it other than removing it?

i did delete the adblock extension from my chrome browser

however something else must be affecting it, using a diff browser to look at it and it looks significantly different

going thru my extensions i found that i am using one called uBlock Origin 1.3.2

any ideas how your plugin and this extension can co-exist?

Slimstat needs to contact your server (specifically admin-ajax.php) to record the fact that you clicked on that button and don’t want to see the nag message again. Make sure uBlock is not preventing this from happening.
