• I run a blog for campers, alumni, and parents of Culver Military Academy Summer Camps in Northern Indiana. I started up the site as just a forum about 7 months ago and have since added a wordpress Blog to the front of it. I’ve switched from a 2-column to a 3-column layout just recently and would really appreciate any feedback on the look, usability, layout, ad placement, graphics, and content of the site. Thanks!

I’ll gladly check out anyone’s site’s and provide feedback in return. You can contact me via

    My site is https://www.goculver.com

    Thanks again!

Alright I’ve made a few more changes to the blog’s front page after haering it looked a little cluttered…thoughts?

it’s alright, but I find it a bit crowded, and I think you might have too many different colors going

First impressions of the home page were that it looks quite busy. There seems to be too many navigation options, and its not clear which ones do what. I.e. Browse in top horizontal navigation menu I expected to use to browse articles, but instead it lets you browse the member list.

The Blog Search on the left sidebar background color doesn’t render properly for me (Windows, Firefox 1.5.0.2, large resolution – 1024×533 viewport). Part of this gray background seems to wrap around to the right sidebar on the other side of the page.

I like the article rating system – I hope that works out well in practice.
