Mail poet allows you to either show a message after clicking the Submit button, OR to go to a page from a dynamic drop-down list. I would like to be able to enter a URL. Is there an easy way to do this?

    Hello there @mcaravaglia ,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

As you’ve stated, after “submit” you’re given two options “Show message” or “Go to Page”.

You can’t choose to show a URL after clicking submit. Rather you can create a page, add explanatory text and include your desired URL on that page. You can then select the page you created as your “Go to Page” in your form settings.

Although this might also be possible with a custom code. If you need help with custom code, we recommend reaching out to someone from Codeable: https://codeable.io

    Have a great day.

    Hi there @mcaravaglia,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

Hello Elvira. You haven’t heard back from me because there was really nothing to reply to. Ojoma was kind enough to respond, but his answer was not a resolution to the problem. Thus, for me, this is not resolved, it is simply not possible to go to a specific url directly after submit in Mail Poet.

    Thank you.
